Renovation of the existing pop temple and addition of a new building volume for a club and additional functions such as the entrance area for visitors, catering, artist spaces, education spaces, studios, offices and logistics
Concept:
Creating more space for the ambitions of Paradiso with an important role for the night culture. With the purchase of the adjacent plot and the renovation of the existing national monument, a futureproof housing can be realized. A number of current chronic problems will be resolved: soundproofing, audience flows (nuisance), escape routes and logistics, structural lack of space, preservation building, future-proof construction
