Unusual perpective

We see things others often do not see (yet). We go where others have not gone (yet). And we have the expertise and the guts to develop unprecedented areas and buildings no one could ever have imagined. After all, imagination is what makes a building more than a pile of bricks.

Imagination is also what makes a word more than a pile of letters. So we have created our own three words to describe our projects and the way we execute them: Useralicious, Restructive, Futumorphing. Quite unusual, yes. But that’s the idea.

Lingotto sees opportunities where others see problems. And we always look for the right partners for every assignment. In our opinion, successful development requires local entrepreneurship and customization. Our working methods may be unorthodox, but we are close to society and the city. And we like to give something back that will help us all in the future. For example, in the South of the Netherlands we have 4.5 hectares of land where we plant trees in our own Lingotto forest for every tree used in a project. Looking differently is also looking ahead.
