App. 55,000 m2 GFA total, of which 330 homes, 10,000 m2 commercial, 275 parking spaces, completely new, green public space including harbor with mooring areas

Concept:

Kop West is a special area of development, because an industrial estate will be transformed into a mixed area. We are developing a new city district in a unique location on the water with business spaces, offices, homes and facilities are mixed in 4 different building blocks.
